 9|       An Act relating to law enforcement training; amending           |
  |       70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.12, which relates to law             |
10|       enforcement youth camps; modifying allowable                    |
  |       programs; authorizing certain rule making; and                  |
11|       providing an effective date.                                    |

13|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
14|    SECTION 1.     AMENDATORY     70 O.S. 2011, Section 3311.12, is    |
  |                                                                       |
15|amended to read as follows:                                            |
  |                                                                       |
16|    Section 3311.12.  The Council on Law Enforcement Education and     |
  |                                                                       |
17|Training (CLEET) is authorized to establish and host law enforcement   |
  |                                                                       |
18|youth camps at the CLEET statewide training facility develop a         |
  |                                                                       |
19|statewide law enforcement and public safety youth program designed     |
  |                                                                       |
20|for high school students.  CLEET is authorized to promulgate rules     |
  |                                                                       |
21|to effectuate the provisions of this section.                          |
  |                                                                       |
22|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.      |
  |                                                                       |
