 9|       An Act relating to schools; repealing 70 O.S. 2011,             |
  |       Sections 4801, 4802, 4803, 4804, 4805, 4806, 4807,              |
10|       4808, 4809 and 4810, which relate to the Oklahoma               |
  |       Center for Rural Development Act; and providing an              |
11|       effective date.                                                 |

14|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
15|    SECTION 1.     REPEALER      70 O.S. 2011, Sections 4801, 4802,    |
  |                                                                       |
16|4803, 4804, 4805, 4806, 4807, 4808, 4809 and 4810, are hereby          |
  |                                                                       |
17|repealed.                                                              |
  |                                                                       |
18|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2021.      |
  |                                                                       |
