 9|       An Act relating to driver licenses for minors;                  |
  |       repealing 70 O.S. 2011, Section 1210.515, as last               |
10|       amended by Section 8, Chapter 360, O.S.L. 2016 (70              |
  |       O.S. Supp. 2020, Section 1210.515), which relates to            |
11|       reading ability required for driver licenses or                 |
  |       permit; repealing 47 O.S. 2011, Section 6-107.3,                |
12|       which relates to driver licenses and permit                     |
  |       requirements; and declaring an emergency.                       |

  |                                                                       |
14|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
15|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
16|    SECTION 1.     REPEALER     70 O.S. 2011, Section 1210.515, as     |
  |                                                                       |
17|last amended by Section 8, Chapter 360, O.S.L. 2016 (70 O.S. Supp.     |
  |                                                                       |
18|2020, Section 1210.515), is hereby repealed.                           |
  |                                                                       |
19|    SECTION 2.     REPEALER     47 O.S. 2011, Section 6-107.3, is      |
  |                                                                       |
20|hereby repealed.                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
21|    SECTION 3.  It being immediately necessary for the preservation    |
  |                                                                       |
22|of the public peace, health or safety, an emergency is hereby          |
  |                                                                       |
23|                                                                       |
  |                                                                       |
