 8|       An Act relating to private schools; requiring each              |
  |       private school receiving state funds to publish                 |
 9|       special education annual report; listing information            |
  |       to be included in report; requiring report be                   |
10|       published annually on school website by certain date;           |
  |       providing for codification; and providing an                    |
11|       effective date.                                                 |

14|BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:                  |
  |                                                                       |
15|    SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified     |
  |                                                                       |
16|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 13-101.3 of Title 70, unless       |
  |                                                                       |
17|there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:         |
  |                                                                       |
18|    A.  Each private school that directly or indirectly receives       |
  |                                                                       |
19|revenue from the state in the form of a voucher, credit or             |
  |                                                                       |
20|scholarship shall publish an annual report which contains the          |
  |                                                                       |
21|following information for the preceding school year:                   |
  |                                                                       |
22|    1.  Services provided to children with disabilities, including     |
  |                                                                       |
23|services available to children with mild, moderate, severe or          |
  |                                                                       |
24|profound needs and a description of any related services available,    |
  |                                                                       |

 1|including speech therapy, occupational therapy and physical therapy.   |
  |                                                                       |
 2| If the school does not offer any services to children with            |
  |                                                                       |
 3|disabilities, it shall be required to disclose such information;       |
  |                                                                       |
 4|    2.  Services provided by a public school district if the school    |
  |                                                                       |
 5|contracts with a public school district to provide services to         |
  |                                                                       |
 6|children with disabilities;                                            |
  |                                                                       |
 7|    3.  The total number of certified special education teachers and   |
  |                                                                       |
 8|the total number of paraeducators employed at the school; and          |
  |                                                                       |
 9|    4.  The total number of children with disabilities enrolled at     |
  |                                                                       |
10|the school.                                                            |
  |                                                                       |
11|    B.  The report shall be published no later than June 30 each       |
  |                                                                       |
12|year on the school website.                                            |
  |                                                                       |
13|    SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2019.      |
  |                                                                       |
