The Client agrees that the login and password supplied by eCapitol shall be for Client's use only and shall not be provided to any other person, firm, corporation or association. It is the Client's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of Client's login and password. Client shall be fully liable for any unauthorized use of Client's login and password.
