NEW LAW A new section of law to be codified | | | 17|in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 3-129.12 of Title 70, unless | | | 18|there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: | | | 19| The Legislature shall be prohibited, after the effective date of | | | 20|this act, from enacting measures that create new mandates or amend | | | 21|an existing mandate in a way that increases costs on public school | | | 22|districts unless sufficient funding is appropriated by the | | | 23|Legislature or another source of funding is otherwise provided for | | | 24|to pay the cost of the mandate. | | | arsid8596286 HB1115 HFLR Page 1 ___________________________________________________________________________
